Erin brings 20+ years of experience in real estate to her clients. Having started her career in new construction development in 2004 in Brooklyn, New York, Erin worked through the boom in the market there, the subsequent market crash in 2008, and the rebound of the market in the following years.
Brennan and Browne LLC became licensed in Florida in 2020 and opened their Miami office in 2021. Erin navigated the unexpected market conditions created by the pandemic, and she knows both the New York and Florida markets well—having made the move herself, just like many of her clients.
